Please print "Water's Edge Rental Agreement", "Travel Insurance Form", and "Pet Policy" (if applicable). Fill in the blanks and sign all pages. You may Fax these to (407) 359-8829 or mail to Sun N' Surf Vacation Rentals, 1324 Tall Maple Loop, Oviedo, FL 32765 with your payment.
All travelers are encouraged to obtain trip cancellation
insurance in the event you need to cancel. Travel Insurance is available through Sun N' Surf Vacation Rentals.
Full payment is due at the time the reservation is made if the arrival date is within six months. This includes rent, security/damage deposit, pet fees, pet deposits, maid service, taxes and additional packages. If the arrival date is more than six months away, a $1000.00 deposit is required to reserve the house. Full payment must be made six months prior to your arrival. These payments can be made by check or credit card. Visa, MasterCard and Discover are accepted. Please check the Rental Agreement for the refund policy.
Rental Agreements are not accepted without payment. Make checks payable to “Sun N' Surf Vacation Rentals”. Remember if you use the mail system, there will be a delay in receiving your reservation compared to faxing. Weeks rent very quickly. You may not get the week you desire using the mail system.
Until your Rental Agreement is signed by a
representative of Sun N' Surf Vacation Rentals, your
contract is not considered complete.
Please include a fax number and home address where we can send your Rental Agreement and additional information about the home. Your rental agreement will be returned to you with additional information including directions, grocery information, and a lockbox code to enter the house.
