            Most Rentals are for Seven Days-Sunday to Sunday.

Daily & Monthly rentals are only available between September 1.

and March 1, excluding Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Years weeks.

 Less than 3 night rentals, add $250.00 for cleaning.

       Less than 1 week rental add $200.00 for Serenata Beach Club Membership.

                                        

Sales & Tourist tax of 9% are added to the above rates

Security/damage deposit of $500.00 is required

An additional $500.00 deposit is required for each pet

  • A couples massage on the beach or balcony with the sites and sounds of the ocean in the background
  • Put the little ones asleep early and enjoy a night for yourselves, by having a romantic candlelight dinner for two served on the beach or balcony

 

 

Pamper Your Pet Package                                $150 per pet

Everyone deserves a vacation, even the family pet

The pet package is required if you

are bringing a pet.

This package includes:

  • A comfortable bed
  • A personal condo/crate
  • Water and food bowls
  • A leash/lead
  • A play toy

 

Housekeeping Package                               $1000 per week

Really enjoy your vacation and forget about cleaning with daily maid service.

This package includes:

  • General cleaning and upkeep during your stay
  • Beds made every day
  • Fresh towels
